Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and attorney submissions, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The Operator does not vet listed attorneys and makes no endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or representation as to any attorney’s licensing, standing, competence, fees, availability, or suitability for your matter.
You are solely responsible for verifying any attorney’s credentials and standing with the relevant state bar, and for confirming fee arrangements in writing, before engaging them.
Attorney submissions
If you submit a listing, you represent that you are licensed and in good standing in every jurisdiction where you practise, that all information supplied is accurate and not misleading, and that your listing complies with the advertising and solicitation rules of your state bar. Compliance with attorney advertising rules is your responsibility, not ours.
You grant the Operator a non-exclusive licence to display the submitted material on the Site.
Listings are free. The Operator receives no payment from any attorney, no share of any legal fee, and no payment contingent on whether an attorney is retained or on the outcome of any matter.
The Operator may decline, edit, or remove any listing at any time, with or without reason. Listings may be removed or corrected on request within a reasonable period.
Intellectual property
Original content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by the Operator or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.
You may link to the Site and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to carinjurylawyersnearme.com.
Attorney names, firm names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links and advertising
The Site links to third-party sites and displays advertising served by Google AdSense and other networks. Those parties have their own terms and privacy policies. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, any listing you submit, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be modified at any time. Changes take effect when posted and the “Last updated” date is revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
